Cancellation Policy
Lab Sessions: Due to limited seating, we request that you cancel at least 2 days before a scheduled lab session. This gives us the opportunity to fill the lab session. You may cancel by phone (901) 582-7529, email: slimetastic@kidsplaylab.com, or online. If you have to cancel your lab session, we will offer you a credit to your account, as long as you cancel before the 2 days of your reservation. We do not offer refunds on lab sessions. You may use these credits towards any future lab session. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 48 hours, you will lose the payment for the lab session. When you reserve for a lab session, you agree to these terms. Birthday Parties: Due to limited party rooms, we request that you cancel at least 14 days before a scheduled birthday party. Please call us at 901-582-7529 or email slimetastic@kidsplaylab.com to cancel. Parties must be cancelled within 14 days before your reservation date. Final payment is due 14 days before reservation date. **Deposits are non-refundable (sorry, no exceptions). Your deposit acknowledges that you accept the terms and conditions of our reservation, and cancellation policy. Special Events: Non-refundable. Please cancel 7 days before reservation to receive a special events credit. Please call us at 901-582-7529 or email slimetastic@kidsplaylab.com to cancel and reschedule. If you do not cancel within 7 days, you will lose your option for credit allowance.
